Our deer are delivered direct from our Highland Valley farm for processing, a short 15 minute travel time. From pasture to prime carcasses in the chiller is kept under 1 hour. Further processing and chilled storage is undertaken at our family owned and operated processing facility, located at our Hahndorf farm. The entire production process is Government approved and Accredited.
